Jason walked out of federal prison with $44 and gray sweats. No plan. No safety net. Just faith and the decision to rebuild what addiction and incarceration had taken. July 5, 2015 was the last day he used. 10 years sober and counting.
Laura lost herself to addiction. Her smile. Her teeth. Her identity. The people around her had written her off. In September 2016, sitting at a stoplight, she prayed the prayer that changed everything. She fought her way back through honesty, faith, and the kind of grit that doesn't make the highlight reel.
CJ lost his identity to a shoulder injury at 17 and spent the next decade rebuilding from rock bottom. Cocaine. Alcohol. The lifestyle that comes with giving up on yourself. October 30, 2010 was the morning he called his mom and chose to live differently. 14 years sober and counting.
